Outsourcing training
Dear fellow members i am thinking of introducing outsourcing of the training function to my manager. the outsourcing is a proposal since our department will not be getting any replacement for retiring staffs. but i have no exprience with any type of outsourcing. i need help as to what criteria i should be looking out for in a outsourcing company what are the normal services provided any invisible cost? cost and benefits of outsourcing training experience by yourself and any other information that i may have not considered. appreciate your help in advance. :d love and peace

Deal all i am working as hr mangaer and we started recently the outsourcing the employees to the clients. i want to know the actual procedure for outsourcing the candidates in what areas we should give assurance to candidates what facilities we should provide to the candidates etc. i want to know about all the credentials & documents we should produce at the time of outsourcing a candidate to the client. can anybody will help me in this? thanks lalithaj
Out with outsourcing - what do we as human resource professionals think about outsourcing?
Outsourcing has been around a while & has been a major success the world over with even small businesses considering outsourcing their backoffice operations to other countries. a recent cry from americans regarding this is somehow justified in my mind. some of them are loosing their jobs because someone else in some other developing country will do that same job for onefifth the pay or even less. although some may argue that it works in taking advantage of the diversity of experience & knowledge but i am not completely sure whether its just taking advantage of the economic demographics. i wonder if a company would outsource if they had to pay the same wages perhaps not & that brings me to question the ethics in outsourcing. its not just i.t. anymore; lately i have been getting offers to work for american recruiting companies but i am not too keen on working long night hours. the topic of discussion here is whether there can be someway to nullify this effect of outsourcing. what do we as human resource professionals think about outsourcing?
