Hi
I would like to know about ESI Applicability for a company registered under Shops & Establishment Act. we have 10 employees under the Rs 10000 salary and 30 employess are above the Rs 10000 salary.

Looking for some act where its mentioned about the applicability of act as beneficiary are less than 20 employess at shop.

Hi Aanchal,

According to me, you have to register since your total strength is more than 20. Friends correct me if i am wrong.

You can visit the ESI website www.esic.nic.in and you have all the details and even the act also. Hope that will be useful for you.
