Dear Bhuwan

Since u r working for more than 3 years, u must be aware that what are the HR functions that are prevailing in ur present co. and if u do not know try to communicate and mingle with ur HR administrator and find out the *duties he/she is discharging ,
*records ---;;--- keeping.

in this way u will be aware as well as aquaint ur self with a frame of hr functions.

and after completing ur MBA, while ur r applying in some other co., u can mention in ur CV that u have knowledge and experience in hr functions.
KEEP CONFIDENCE AT UR HIGHEST ALTITUTE.

Hi,

Learn the basic functions of HR from your present employer and try to cooperate with them.

Tell your HR, that you are doing MBA HR and want to learn functions in HR and also to utilise in the Project Work. Definitely the HR will allow you to learn things. Learn, Listen and Work.

Once you are comfortable with the Basic functions look for medium scale industries and enter as HR Executive.

Work completely for two years in the same company. Meanwhile learn things from this Cite HR. You will be a HR after two or three years.

Regards
Saravanan
