Soft Skill Trainers Required - Urgently

Dear All,

Greetings!

I believe all of us had a happy & colourful Holi.

I am planning to have training programs on the following topics :

1. Positive thinking/attitude
2. Managing creativity/innovation
3. Time Management
4. Presentation Skills

The target group for all the programs would be the Team Members having ITI or Diploma as their basic education. They are basically involved in shop-floor activities, still they are expected to spend a considerable amount of their time in developmental activities. Among Team Members also we have different levels of employees. They initially join us as Team Members, then depending on their performance, they may move to the level of Team Leaders, Area leaders etc., where they have a team to handle. While working in teams they need to have positive attitude towards their routine jobs as well as new initiatives, while brining creativity and innovation is one of the core values that we follow at our organization. Team Members are required to take out some time from their routine jobs for developmental activities like training, attending Safety, Production, quality meetings, cultural programmes etc. We being a MNC do get many visitors, where we are required to present ourselves with various datas & details. In such situations, Team Members play a vital role in providing the data and maintaining the same; ocassionally they are involved in the presentation also.

We are a automobile company based near Baroda (Gujarat). The medium of instruction shall be mix of Hindi, Gujrati & English (lower level).

I would request the interested Trainers/Training Agencies to forward their details, including the Program outline, professional charges and other relevant terms & conditions.

Hi Friend,
How Are You? We are urgently looking for Freelance Trainers mainly having proficiency and past experience in conducting training program at Industries, Public Enterprises, Govt Bodies and Big companies .The training program will carry various topics as, Safety & Security, Productivity, Quality Control, Absenteeism, Time Management, Technologies Enrichment, Health & Hygiene, Attitude training for office asst. or peons level, Security supervisory training, RTI, Rastra Bhasa Prokosh etc etc. The program duration may be one or two days on each subject.
In case you would like to recommend any trainer to take the assignment on freelance basis will help us to short cut our search, because we need at least 2 trainers in one topic as mentioned above.
