Dear HR's

In my organization my manger has asked me to collect a database in EMPLOYEE BENEFITS for which we are proposing to add in the employee package.. After referring the books & sites i have found some valid points... Apart from this is there something to include

i am preparing policy with regard to employee benefits during their employement, terminal benefits etc.
so it was so good i got some points and i am requesting you that pls send me a objective i.e whe company are providing this kind of facility to the employee?
canteen,
education allowence
travel facility
group health insurence.
pls briefly explain
