All administrative changes has to be done at the shops and establishment office of the respective state. Hence arrange to visit the area shop inspector and fill in the form for address change, its available in their office itself. You might the need the signature of the owner or partners and the company stamp for this process.
Also required will be the new location proof i.e the rental agreement copy or the ownership agreement. In some states they do come for verification the entire process wont take more than three to five days if done on an "urgent" basis owise the entire process takes 15 days.
