:d hi i am a new i am very to read all the by you. its a good learning process for me as i have my in hr from prsently i am in ultratech cement limited aditya birla group for last 2 years as an assistant cum secretary to asst. vice president finance. and now looking forward to get a break in hr. but unfortunately i am not getting call. :cry: the hurdle is experience. i have experience of woking as assistant for more than 5 years. but it is not in hr i have wrorked in mis service dept finance. i would like to know what should i do to get a job in hr. i dont want to work on the current position but due to financial problem i can not leave the job also. i also desire to do mba / pg diploma in hr. but as said above due to financial problem first i am looking for a good job in hr. please guide me.
