hi Friends,

As even i have chosen the same topic for my Mba project, i also need some questionnaires on finding the effectiveness of recruitment porcess.
I am supposed to concentrate mainly on time study n cost incurred in the recruitment process.
Please help me regarding the above.

My project topic as part of my MBA course is on Implementation of best practices in recruitment,Gap analysis and benchmarking of my organization with top Copmanies in the field of recruitment.

Kindly forward the Questrionnarie and also certain tips on best recruitment procedures(PPT OR PDF FILES),ppt or Pdf on recruitment sources.
