Recr. efficiency is measured using the foll parameters;

· Probability of the Hire staying with the company ?
· How closely the skills of hire match with the JD ?
· Overall fitment of the hire with respect ( comm. skills / team compatibility)

· Most Imp. Given an option do you re-hire this individual at later.
· stage ?

You can put the above info, in a ranking scale , and rate effeciency of new hire
