Dear Pankaj,
The first thing that should be made clear is that
the Attrition depends upon the retention policy of the organization, not recruitment process.
Now you need to do an analysis by having informal discussions with the employees about following things:
1) Ambience of the Organization
2) Interaction with the superior and peers
3) Ice breaking with the old employees
4) Support from the superior and peers in understanding the new work
5) Difficulties faced by them
Also, have a look at the satisfaction level of the new employee (after some months of his joining) on the salary that they are mutually agreeing to.
