Please arrage to provide me a performa/challan and details categories wise for all types of employees whose are are elligiable for labour welfare furnd contribution i.e. labour, technician, supervisor, manaager etc in Bahadur Garh circle, Haryana. The said contribution is deposited on monthly/quarterly/six monthly basis through bank demand draft or cheque/cash.

According to me, the contribution rate for employees is Rs 5.00 per month and Rs 10.00 per month for employer. Except supervisor and manager, all types of employees are entitled for the labour welfare fund contribution.
The amount may be deposited in favour of Welfare commissioner, Chandigarh through bank demand draft/cheque.
