Need suggestion from people who are into Training

Dear Friends

I am very new to this site just now i have joined this forum. Can anyone help me regarding Training & development.
Well I am getting an offer from one of the reputed organisation of a training manager my major experience is into HR minor is into Training.
That company need someone who has good understanding of corporate training and Behavioral and motivation. I want if any of you can help me regarding this training i have conducted product based training, sales, customer care but not any such training what the organisation require. I am attaching my cv also guide me what else i can add in training and Development.

Hi,

If you have a passion for training you would be able to deliver any type of training one more important thing you should be able to prepare documentations that would be required for training and try to make it intresting....

you could mention you would be able to deliver softskill trainings also mention the categories which ever you are comfortable at

examples:

Leadership qualities
Motivation to employees
conflict management
change management
work life balace
positive attitude
etc.,
you could add more whichever you are comfortable at...

Thank you so much for your suggestions i will surely take care of these important points.

I have a passion to be in Training & Development and i can conduct any type of training and can make it interesting even if it's in class room i can make feel all the trainees that it's not a classroom training. I always get compliments from my trainers and trainees that they love to be a part of my training session.

Well, that is all good.

The first thing is to 'feel good' about it; however let me ask you a question - Why do you want to be a Trainer? if your ans is 'because i want t help pple' or similar then bravo keep chugging.

Next - quantify your skill - get a Trainer and Facilitator certificate (objective is to learn + status)

Following would be - build an instructional design; prior to which you might list a few regular topics and build / convert them into training material.

foot note:
analyze your trainer style and build from there.

I started off my career in training and development and presently head training for a large organization , if you have the interest and the capability then this is the field that you should look at, and at the same time learn from seasoned people on what needs to be done to enhance your professional attributes.

Are you also open to look at job opportunities outside Lucknow?...let me know if I can assist you in any way in fulfilling your career goals, would be glad to clear any doubts that you would have regarding training and development
