APPOINTING EMPLOYEES ON CONTRACT

Hi

I have joined to this great team recently. I work in an IY concern and I just want to know if there is any format for recruiting employees on contract. If any one can send me the format it will be of great use to me.

hi,

there is a format ltr which should specifically state the term of tenure, contract date, location, department. The salary would generally be fixed. There would also be other clauses on confidentaility and not taking of any other job when on contract.
