hi ...
Thanks for the welcome. I intend to remain active on the forum as i see it as a nice platform to discuss and share our individual LOTs (Line of Thoughts).
As far as my user name goes ... shoOOonya ...
It is the one I usually use across the net ... and even in real life ....
I was known as shoOOonya in my MBA Insti throughout the campus.
I created that identity for myself.
I consider the concept of 'shoonya' as a veery powerful one ...
both mathematically as well as conceptually/spiritually ....
thats why i embraced it as my identity ...

Hi Everyone,
Welcome to CiteHR :icon1:. Just wanted to clarify a notion. Often the name of the site is misunderstood. The name does not intend to draw attention to an altered spelling of "site" rather the name means this:
Cite (the prominent word in the domain): according to the merriam webster's dictionary
1 : to call upon officially or authoritatively to appear
2 : to quote by way of example, authority, or proof
3 a : to refer to; especially : to mention formally in commendation or praise b : to name in a citation
4 : to bring forward or call to another's attention especially as an example, proof, or precedent
Thus the name. :icon1:

Hi Venkatesan,
Iam a highly achievment motivated person who quit a plush job to step into the recruitment arena. What propelled me towards this was my obsevations of the market. Working in different organisations for 7+ years gave me a wide platform where i could put my skills to use and learn. I then decided to step outside to help others who are looking out to do the same, but are not able to find the right place.
There are plenty of jobs out there but those who are desperate are not able to find them. Why??? I guess its because they are not at the right place at the right time. and thats because they are not aware. they dont know where to look. And guess who's winning - A devil named "Unemployment".
I beleive a bunch of like minded people can change the course of things.
