Re: SALARY STRUCTURE
Dear Friend,

Salary stsructure is defined for various reasons- like calculation of PF, ESI, Gratuity, to get exemption from Income tax and to support a gradation system.

In a company every employee will be in a certain grade with a particular salary structure commensurate to that grade.

Re: SALARY STRUCTURE
Salary structure mainly depends upon -
1. Education (degree, insitute, university etc)
2. Experience ( nature & type of company)
3. Some special achievements
4. Situation handling (SRT)

there may be many other factors but the four pillars i suppose shall be the above one.

Secondly it is not possible to make universal salary for all employees. But it is possible to have some specific range of salary for particular grade for example - Manager level A may have salary range Rs 600000 to Rs. 1000000 & Manager level B may have salary range Rs 500000 to Rs 800000. like that. For that you need to do benchmarking with the similar type of industries in the market & also look at your bussiess growth
