I wish to have the salary structure and benefits details being followed in Power / Energy sector in India.

This information is required for the purpose of reviewing the salary structure being followed in my organisation which is into power / energy sector. Here the attrition rate is more. I have reliable information which is forcing me to review the salary structure being followed in my organisation.
