Summer Internship(HR) At ONGC - Hr Policies

I am doin MBA & I've been given an opportunity to pursue my summer internship project in HR at ONGC Mehsana which is an asset. I need guidance as to what kind of project i can pursue there (preferably study-based project)

hi piraya good that u got a change to work with ONGC last year i did my summers with ONGC in HR it was a learning experience. i studied the HR policies of ONGC and nomination details of employees

hey Guys,

I have done my Summer Training at ONGC... i studied the Hr Audit- Training
Its was a really good exp i interviewed the Top Mgt also ... it was a good Expouser and i was boost with confidence after that

I am getting an opportunity to pursue my summer internship (HR) in ONGC. Can any1 guide me regarding vat kind of project can i Expect? Any homework required which can be helpful? Also, vat kind of exposure should i expect?
