Your topic can be "After the death of a Patient" in this topic you can highlight as to what a hospital can do after a person is dead. Of course you have to get your money but without hurting the sentiments of family. Also you have to help family in getting fast custody of body and doing all formalities.
Your Second topic can be "Managing the Wards" here you can stress on the things like how a bed which is occupied by a patient who doesnt actually requires it can be vacated tactfully.
