Hi our directors want to issue a "letter of withdrawal" to an employee regarding a "warning letter" issued recently due to her poor performance. we have issued her a warning letter for her poor performance. she is a senior manager and now the directors want to withdraw it immediately. i have started the letter like this but need to mention that she needs to do a self assessment of the points mentioned in the warning letter and submit to the cfo within 14 days. also they need to apologize for issuing the warning letter. dear madam letter of withdrawal we are writing to notify you that we are withdrawing the letter of warning dated 01st december 2014. the points mentioned in the letter of warning will be sent to you via an email by the cfo for you to review and assess by yourself. you are further requested to submit a written explanation/feedback in 14 days on your self assessment as soon as you receive this letter. yours sincerely xxxxxx please help

Hello i am currently facing a challenge. i work in an it firm as the hr manager. the issue i m having is one of the "senior" developers has been performing poorly for some time but the management had been making excuses for him and keeping him on board for sentimental reasons as he is one of the longest serving staff. recently we got a new managing director who feels his performance has been unsatisfactory over time due to complaints from the project manager and line manager. the staff in question was given a warning letter about his unsatisfactory performance. not only did he refuse to acknowledge the letter he kept on arguing that his work is top notch and he was being witch hunted. the letter is currently with me as he did not sign it and my line manager the managing director has travelled out of the country. please what should i do next? my company is a small company with a staff strenght of 22 thank you
Warning letter after resigning during notice period
Hi i have recently resigned from my post in dubai uae. i still have 17 days remaining on my notice period. i never had a warning letter before until recently. today on my notice period they have given me my 2nd warning already citing the first 1 was a verbal warning and happen a year back and they wanted me to sign it and send it to them. question: is the warning letter valid where in fact i have already given my resignation. can they give retroactive warnings. please advise.
