I'm looking for a warning letter for a Manager who is not treating his staff properly. because of his rude and not caring behaviour i have staff leaving the organisation. we have clear evidence of him being loyal or partial to selcted few people and treating all other staff like shit. also there are written complaints and petition against him. Please help me in drafting a warning letter for him and hence taking a corrective action.
