Asst Manager Employee Engagement (non recruitment) to handle all aspects of HR including conceptualizing HR initiatives /systems
The ideal candidate should be a post Graduate with Specialisation in HR From a reputed institute with 2 to 3 years of experience; should have good oral and written communication skills; high conceptual clarity, the ability to connect and relate seamlessly with people
Candidates from Banking or Services Sectors will be preferred
