Position : AVP – Human Resources (second in line to the Head of HR)
Job Location: Mumbai
Reports to: Head of Human Resources
Experience : 6-8 years post MBA in HR
Position Description
The AVP will be the second in line to the Head of Human Resources.
The incumbent will support the Head HR in implementing Human Resource
policies, processes & systems. The AVP will also hold independent
areas of responsibilities. Focus areas would include recruitment &
selection, training and development, performance management etc.
Preferences:
Candidates should have work experience in the financial services industry.
