I am looking for some one with a Bachelors Degree in HR and two to
three years experience. Some recruitment experience preferred, but
generalist experience is also highly desired. Relocation is not
available for this position.

Job Summary
Recruits, selects, and develops individuals for available positions
within client base. Establish partnership with hiring departments
and HR Business Partners to determine recruitment process and foster
positive working relationships. Contributes to building brand value
and achieving enduring profitable growth.
Job Functions
The following job function statements describe the general nature
and level of work being performed. They are not to be construed as
an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills
required of personnel so classified. The job function statements
reflect expectations of the fully trained, proficient incumbent who
meets all performance criteria.
1. Coordinates and implements strategies to source and identify
candidates for recruitment that best matches opened positions within
client group (non-exempt, exempt, and supervisory positions).
2. Creates and implements strategies to hire best possible internal
and external candidates including: coordinating the internal posting
process, updating the applicant tracking system, and coordination of
requisition approval. Maintains all recruiting files in the process.
3. Ensure all interviewers (e.g. hiring managers) understand the
interview process and how to conduct behavioral/competency-based
interviews.
4. Administers pre-employment screening to all internal and external
candidates, interprets results, and consults with hiring managers.
5. Follow offer and approval process established by Compensation.
Ensure management approval on all offers prior to extending to
candidates.
6. Ensure tracking metrics are up-to-date for hiring departments.
