We are Consultants in the Personnel function assisting organisations with recruitment both India and Overseas.
Currently we have a vacancy for :
Position – AVP, HR
The position is meant to set up and anchor the HR function in the organization and report to the CEO.
This entails complete responsibility of putting in place policies and processes in the HR function to meet the needs of the organization for recruitment, training, performance management, compensation, and succession planning etc. He/ She would need to spearhead practices in the following areas:
Partnering the organization in its scale up objectives by Opening new avenues of sourcing and recruitment.
Tracking market compensation and ensuring organization's competitiveness in the industry to attract and retain talent
Enabling human resource capability building through identification of training needs and design and implementing appropriate learning interventions through internal/ external learning partners.
Managing in-house talent and succession planning to build leadership bench strength across levels
Establishing the HR structure for the company and building the HR team
The incumbent must be abreast with latest developments in the HR function and conversant with the HR challenges in the services industry. Since the Company has a national footprint, incumbent must be comfortable with some travel for enabling business partnerships at an All India level.
Location – Chennai
The ideal profile would be a qualified HR professional with min. 8 -10 years experience in handling various HR deliverables to business. Candidate must have designed and independently handled HR processes in business or corporate HR capacity. Past experience in fast growing services industry, esp. financial services would be preferred.
Age, gender, and years of past experience are not a constraint.
Compensation range - Rs.12-16 lakh
