To hire HR Manager

Hello Everyone,

We need to hire HR Manager (and then a few other managers) for our brand new and beautiful 45,000 sq. ft plant, 2 hours from Ahmendabad. India is new for us. We do not know what is the best way to go about this. The CiteHR community seems very resourceful and generous. I was hoping, someone can give me a little guidance as to whether to use recruiters, Naukri.com or an ad on this site. We do not have a good handle on what makes competitive salaries for a bright HR Manager. Can someone point me in a direction where I can get surveys etc.

Here is some more info on us. We are a mid-size company, 200 workers in USA. India plant will only make parts for the parent company in USA. Hope some of you can take a few minutes and share your suggestions and advice .
