Difference between limited and unlimited contracts (UAE)

lizancy Started The Discussion:

Dear All

Can any one please explain the differences in the immigration and Labour department Laws when an employee resigns from a company only after completing 4 months of employement and how it is applicable in limited and unlimited contracts.

Can anyone please let me know when was the first immigration laws enacted in UAE.

I have a vague idea but i need the exact explanation.

Thank you
Liz.

hi good day to u!``

contract limited means you can quit job any time, unlimited means its projects like constrution. after complete project only you should quit, immigration visa or contract open. if you resign your job ur not getting any ban, if you have labor visa or contract you will get six month ban.

:P
