Hi

I am PGDHRM student I have been with CIteHR from quite a long time. I need to do an employee Performance appraisal survery and wanted a set of questions or any employees performance appraisal survey if someone has one. I need it urgently.

Hi there,

What kind of appraisal are you looking at doing performance based, skill, behavioral? There are a number of different approaches you can take. What type of jobs are you appraising? Also, how detailed do yo uwant it to be because there are some appraisals that are many pages long....

Answering some of the above questions might help me find something appropriate for you..... I'll do what I can
