Dress Code for HR Executive
Can someone help me out with the exact dress code for HR Executive in Software companies?
Do all companies have a similar dress code or it depends on their own policies and standards.
Do anybody have a clear picture of this?

Re: Dress Code for HR Executive
Hi Chitra,

Well as far as the dress code is concerned, each and every company has its own dress code.

But when you think about a proper dress code then the care should be taken that the clothes should be decent. You are not supposed to wear torn jeans or any such other clothes which won't make you look decent.

Generally whenever a company decides a formal dress code for their employees it contains western formal wear such as trousers, blazers etc.

I hope this information is of some use to you.

Re: Dress Code for HR Executive
hi,
There is a formal dress code for working days i.e; mon thru friday and saturday would b casuals. However casuals would mean business casuals like jeans, t-shirts, shirts. Please note that in no way clothes should be revealing.

Generally there are organizations which also have preferred hairstyle, accessories..Generally too loud colors arent preferred.

I have studied this topic in detil. If you need any furthr information please write in to m on
