You are no HR, if you cant send you employees home at right time.
You know you run a machine continuosly without giving it breaks , some part will get destroyed , u can replace the part,
but u cant replace the human,
u must be going home soon, and others must be slogging,
where is ur company policy
why dont u send them on time
if more work is there
recruit more people
but dont overload people
