Could you please give me the details of Tamilnadu Minimum wages. Also I need a clarification. How should we determine minimum wages for employees working for 2-3 hrs a day. What does the rule say. Please clarify

Useful information ,Minimum wages in Himachal are revised wef January 08 @ Rs.3000.00 pm .

i want to know that is the HRA is included in Minimum wages as the interpretation of wages is includes the HRA.
i.e. whether the minimum awate ( basic + special allowance ) is inclusive of HRA ? |
