I left my previous Company before 1yr. I have filled the forms two times to withdraw my PF.But they are not giving any postive respone.According to them the Company is of Tamil Nadu and have sent the form to Tamil Nadu.And now they are aying that you have to fill the form again it is rejected.Pls tell me wat to do. Or can i transfer the amount to my current Organisation.
I think u fill PF forms by urself. For withdrawl of PF forms r filled by u but r submitted in PR dept by the organisation where u work. It is submitted at the same location where the co. was. The same case was with me where i got my entire PF within two months.
Fill th e form and get the aithorised signatory from your ex employer.Submit the forms personally to the PF office.
If you are not keen on withdrawing transfer it to your present PF account.
