Re: Format of CTC and Salary Slips
Hi There,

The percentage:

Basic = 45% of CTC
HRA = 50% of Basic
PF = 12% of Basic
Ex-Gratia = 5% of CTC
Medical = Maximum 15000 per annum as per the guidelines from the IT department.
Conveance - Remainder Amount (we can make it non taxable by asking the employee to provide us bills and we can call it reimbursements instead of allowance.

Best Regards
Sumit

Thanks, sumit....
Would this proportion vary according to different industries. Or is it a general proportion applicable to all companies.

Shijit.

Hi Shijit,

This is general. However some of them may vary according to the law of the land.

Re: Format of CTC and Salary Slips
Hi There,

I dont thin its required. Infact CTCs are really confidential matters and should not form a part of any general document like an Hr manual or an employee handbook. Thiss should be communicated to the concerned employee only.

You can put the grades as per the levels in the manual.

Regards
Sumit
