Hello seniors,

It is easy to get a right candidate for any job based on qualifications, experience and skills. however, security of the organization based on loyalty is one of the most important factors in todays global working culture.
It is very difficult to get a right candidate based on loyalty. How to conduct a loyalty check on freshers and experienced candidates during selection process. Please explain if some one knows the methods to carry out checks on loyalty of the job seekers.

some psychometric test would do. Frame some questions (should be indirect) to check the how loyal he would be to his undertakings. Banground information, opinions from the referece person would also help to assess the loyalty factor of the candidate.

Can you tell me about the psychometric tests in detail or can you attach if you have any files on them to know about the loyalty checks, to carry out the selection process. THEY SHOULD BE OF FOOL PROOF.

why do you need loyalty checks ?
loyalty checks do not go hand in hand with current scenario.
an employee is responsible for his career and not the cos.
in ur case if the cos is responsible for shaping and designing careers for employee then you are indirectly encouraging complacency/ stagnation in the cos.
let fresh blood come in.
retain the right people by using a mix of strategies and
focus on KM to retain knowledge or learning within the cos
