Positions currently open (both based at Ahmedabad):

Assistant Manager – Human Resources

The incumbent shall be responsible for execution of HR strategy for the Operations vertical of HR (i.e. other than Recruitment and T&D) for the Region Call center. Will be responsible for providing effective HR support in the areas of Manpower Planning & Budgeting, Compensation, Performance management, Policy administration and compliance, Exits & attrition analysis, and driving people practices at Service partner organizations.

Key Responsibility Areas

Conceptualizing proposals w.r.t Compensation & benefits, Reward & Recognition, Policies & Process based on benchmarking undertaken
Support on Budget preparation and forecasting; Ensure compliance to budget figures
To drive robust PMS by ensuring relevance of KRA’s, timeliness in communication of KRA’s & evaluations, and rigor of performance evaluation and feedback to employees
Annual Goal setting exercise and KRA up-dation
Design and execute relevant initiatives to manage key issues such as attrition, career pathing etc
Ensure compliance to all HR processes and policies related to employee life cycle
Design HR policies, processes, compensation for service partner employees
Handle all Discipline related cases and recommend relevant actions
Ensure all relevant MIS and reports are prepared as per guidelines
Technical skills: Knowledge of HR process

Specialized knowledge area: Compensation & Benefits, Labor Laws

Professional/behavioral skills: Analytical & decision making skills, numeracy skills, interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, communication & presentation skills; coaching & mentoring skills

Previous role related Experience: 5-6 years of relevant HR experience

Desired attitudes: Dynamic, enthusiastic, ability to appreciate & deliver on business needs, ability to take unbiased decisions




Senior Executive – Human Resources

The incumbent shall be responsible for proposing & executing training & development, people engagement initiatives for the Region Call Center (RCC). Will be responsible for engaging people through up-skilling, developing desired competencies and keeping them excited about the employer band, workplace, support & implement employee engagement initiatives, etc.


Key Responsibility Areas

• Conducting training needs analysis & identification

• Timely release of monthly training and “Excite” calendar

• Organize Training programs & engage activities as per calendar

• Evaluation & feedback on training programs & engage activities conducted

• Evaluation & deployment of training vendors/consultants

• Managing & guide the cross-functional People Engagement team



Technical skills: Knowledge of HR process

Professional/behavioral skills: Organizing & event management skills, interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, communication & presentation skills; coaching & mentoring skills

Previous role related Experience: 3-5 years of relevant HR experience

Desired attitudes: Dynamic, enthusiastic, ability to appreciate & deliver on business needs
