Santa & Banta

Once, British and France government decided to pua a tunnel between London and Paris. Though it was a very prestigious project for them, they decided to call upon major construction consultants/contractors for the discussion / interview. Accordingly they had received so many
queries from different corner of the world.

They started calling the consultants / contractors for discussions, but nobody could convince them for such a huge project. The list has finally finished, only remeined Santa singh and Banta singh (the
leading contractors from India). They were not sure to call them, but finally thought let's try it out. So they called Santa & Banta for discussion.

For the final time, all the major personnels of UK and France govt. were there for the discussion with Santa and Banta. Because if Santa and Banta fails to convince them on the project, they thought of
leaving the project.

The discussions were started with a formal chat on Santa and Banta's capability, experience, major projects done. Santa and Banta were quite relaxed by this. And then the final question came, What is your master plan for this project?. How will you proceed?. Both Santa and Banta laughed and said, it is very simple. Interrupting Santa, Banta continued, see to dig a tunnel is an easiest job. I will start digging
it from London and Santa will start from Paris. When we meet in between, the tunnel will be completed. A very wise engineer fom UK raised a question, it you don't meet in between, then what?. Banta replied, then no harm, you will get two tunnel at the cost of one.

Finally, they got this project.
