Hi,
I would like you to first look into the BPO sector as you can find candidates at ease... IT sector has huge competition as compared to other sectors so .. just plan ... Make sure u plan a looot before you take up any step. First do business development.. i mean get clients.. with that in progress.. get good recruiters... Dont go for advertising in the beginning its a huge waste... First clients.... Then recruiters... so by couple of months your recruiters will be totally involved.. Get small and midscale companies first.... and by the time all the dust has setelled down you will be ready for big companies...
