I am doing my dissertation on Consultancies Recruitment & Selection process in MBA (HR).
Pleases could you provide me some information on Recruitment & Selection process in consultancies. I will appreciate that.

1. How your consultancy is involved in the Recruitment & Selection process?



2. Which industry do you serve and you are interested in?



3. Which level of employees you look for junior, middle or senior level?




4. What are the challenges/Issues involved in approaching the candidates or with the clients?



5. What are the scopes for Consultancies in the future?



6. What are sources used for recruitment (portals, etc) in your firm and which one you prefer?



7. What are the important things you look while screening the resume of the candidates?



8. As a consultant/recruiter what are the challenges involved?



9. How do you keep your clients relationship healthy?



10. Types of services provided?



11. What are the terms & conditions of recruitments?




12. What about permanent & temporary staffing services?



13. What is the selection Process and reliable selection process for candidates?





14. What is the vacancy ratio i.e., for 10 candidates 100 resumes are sourced?




15. New strategies you would like to add in your recruitment model?
