1. GM-HR for a very large, Fortune-500 MNC manufacturing organisation - World leaders in their field. The position is based in a metro near Mumbai and reports to the Head-HR. Position is part of the organisation's succession plan and is expected to be upgraded to Head-HR in next few years.

Job profile: This is an exciting opportunity to be the key driver of the HR activities for a very large, MNC organisation. KRAs include HR Strategy, HR budgets, HR Systems and Processes, Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, I.R., Employee Relations, Statutory Compliance.

Candidate profile: MBAs 1990-1996 batches with commensurate independent experience in manufacturing organisations

2. Head/GM-HR for a leading Fortune-500 MNC manufacturing organistion - World leaders in their field. The position is based in Mumbai and reports to the CEO. Will be involved in strategic & operational HR. MBAs with 8-13 years excellent experience as generalist HR professionals preferably in manufacturing/chemicals/pharma/fmcg sectors. Must have experience in independently handling all aspects of HR.

3. Manager-HR for a leading Fortune-500 MNC service organistion - World leaders in their field. The position is based in Mumbai and reports to the CEO. Will head the HR function nationally including 7 branches. Graduates/MBAs with 5-8 years excellent experience as generalist HR professional. Must have experience in independently handling all aspects of HR.

4. Executive/Assistant Manager-HR for a leading Fortune-500 MNC service organistion - World leaders in their field. The position is based in Mumbai and reports to the Director-HR. Will assist the Director-HR in strategising & implementation of HR policies and systems. Graduates/MBAs with 2-4 years excellent experience as generalist HR professional.
