DL MBA??? Guidence plzzzzzzz

Dear All,

I am working bas a senior manager with IL & FS, to get good expouser

1)should i take MBA degree?

2) will distance learning MBA from National Institute of Management Studies do?

3) What other courses / degree should I take in order to take myself advance in career and to get good exposure?

You can also try in the follwoing institutes:

1. Sybiosis
2. ICFAI
3. IGNOU

These are good intitutions.

or pg certificate courses in HR from XLRI, FMS, TISS etc,.
