Hello to all i am working with the small software company as hr executive and this is my first experience over here. as diwali is coming our employees are asking for bonus having the salary less than 10000/m. but as per to my knowledge festival bonus is not given in software industry. is it correct? or i am wrong? so plz help me by clarifying my doubt whether bonus should be given to employeesengineers of it industries or not? thanks & regards manisha

Please clarify the following query regarding applicability of payment of bonus. if the company has been incorporated in 2010 and has been under loss till 2017 the still does it need to pay bonus under payment of bonus act to all employees drawing a basic salary below 10 k and 21k. if the company is liable to pay bonus but has not paid such amounts then what recourse does it have with the applicable penalty if any. what can the company do right now to ensure past compliance is adherence. please clarify as it is an urgent matter.

Payment of bonus eligibility - if employee worked an organization for thirty days?
Dear seniors.. i am very new to hr. i have a doubt in payment of bonus eligibility. as per the payment of bonus act 1965 if employee worked an organization for thirty days in an accounting year he/she will be eligible for payment of bonus. so in this connection if employee joined on april and resigned in the month of june he/she will be eligible. then we have to pay payment of bonus to the particular employee. am i right..? if i am wrong. please correct me by providing your valuable comments. thanks in advance for your great help.
