Why internship necessary for Management students.
Please tell me
What should one achieve after trarining ?
What scope for internship training ?
Does it help the person in the future ?
What should one get during the internship ?
etc.......

It all depends upon where you get the internship and what you do when there. The most important thing is to reflect on whatever you are doing during internship and how the theory you studied applies to the organisation, etc.
