In Contractual Staffing Employees work on the client side but he is on the payroll of Vendors who is supplying these manpower..Thus all the responsiblity right from the recruitment, Onboarding, Ref Check, Payroll, statutory Compliance and separation responsiblity lies with the vendors whereas client has to only bhandle functional training part... Hope I clear this...
