Can someone pls give me Information on the following.

In-depth exercise on Competency Model development
Defining Performance Effectiveness Criteria
Building Competency Dictionary
Data Analysis and validating of Competency Model
Competency Mapping Exercise such as In-Basket Exercise
Psychometric tools like FIRO-B
Decision Making Styles, etc.
Assessing Individual Competencies (Gaps Analysis), etc.
Developing Strategies to address the Gaps (IDP)
Application of Gap Analysis in various HR functions.

Or recommend a short certification course on the same. I'm a trainer and I want to update myself with the latest information.
