performance management system at leading organizations

Hi all,

Can anyone provide me the details of the process of performance management system done at their organization or at any other.
For example, the appraisal process at wipro is 360 degree,then how is the process executed. ITC uses MBO for performance evaluation, then how do they benchmark performance management system.
