RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
In order to select the best talents in various sectors we follow the following procedure:
Advertising & managing the response of the candidates.
Preparation of job descriptions and person specifications.
Identification of the vacancies that are required to be fulfilled.
Sort listing the selected candidates & arranging interviews.
Conducting interviews & short listing the best possible candidates.
Decision making & conveying the decision to the concern organization.
TARIFF STRUCTURE:
You can avail our service by paying nominal charges.
Following are the applicable charges for providing candidates to be placed within your organisation.
All levels of Candidate Selected Commission Charges @8.33% of offered CTC per Annum + Service Tax as applicable
The terms and condition is flexible and negotiable.
TERMS OF REFERENCE:
After being mutually agreed on terms and conditions, both side sign a MOU in duplicate and duly signed by the authorized representatives of the company/firm. One original copy of the MOU remains with each party.
The MOU contains the details of terms and conditions.
REQUISITION:
The employer company or firm (the placement service seeker) would send the requirement mentioning: Name of posts, Designation, Venue of postings details of jobs, skills required, salary structure other related information in a format so that the lining up of candidate would be smoother.
In turn the Employer or company or firm would keep update the status of interviewed candidates on daily basis. Moreover the Employer or company or firm would limit all its communication regarding selection of candidates to the placement provider in connection with calling of candidates, fixing interview dates and issuing "offer letters" .All offer letters be sent to the Placement Service Provider only
REPLACEMENT:
The VGTC would give free replacement for 60 days (against the drop out of the selected candidates) from the date of joining of candidates if candidate leaves the job of its own.

Note:
All the commissions/payments should be paid by A/c payee cheques/DD in the favour of Mr Vikas Gargotra payable at New Delhi.
The commission amount of consultancy charges is to be paid within two weeks (15 working days after the candidate is selected & got his/her offer/Letter of Appointment) or otherwise interest @18% per annum will be charged on the total amount.
You need to provide us the information of vacancies/requirement by 01 week to 15 days in advance.
The information of selected candidate should reach to us within next 48 hrs of selection to update the records.
Overall responsibility of selecting a candidate on the criteria of their authenticity, integrity & genuineness is a pure responsibility of the HR of
the concerned company where the candidate is going
to join. Our firm will not take any responsibility
of the criteria mentioned.
All the commission charges will be paid with service tax as applicable.
Commission charges may differ from one company to another.
