There is no problem downloading the file, just double click on the zip file to open it and scroll down to where it says "Download"

Always read the page and you will learn how to download the various resources CiteHR members post.

They are also busy people so do not expect them to email these to you because you do not take the time and trouble to learn new and valuable skills.
