Hi
Greetings!
I work with a BPO Organisation working for our US Counterparts. We have a few USA Holidays given to the employees with 2 Restricted Indian Holidays. We have 8 USA Holidays and 2 RH making into to a total of 10 Holidays given by the company for that current year.
My Question: Is that a series of 8 Holidays and 2 R.H. are appropriate? Orelse should it be 10 Holidays + 2 R.H. making it to 12 total holidays in a year?
Please give me a clear suggestion on how many holidays can be announced in a year.
If possible please give me a list of Holidays (BPO) including the Restricted ones.

HI It depends on the company policy and the senior management that how many holidays they want to give to a employee. Sumit

Guys we must know that in US we get only 6 Vacation and 8 Paid holidays and in india we get 12 Vacation 10 CL and SL and 10 public holiday totalling to 32 . so why are you cribbing for 2 days. US process are more or less incentive oriented and you should be happy tomake more money!
