INTRODUCTION COMPRISES THE THEORETICAL ASPECTS ABOUT CHANGE (DEFINITION, TYPES, WHY AND HOW) AND TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT (DEFINITION, TYPES, WHY AND HOW) AND RELATION BETWEEN CHANGE AND T&D. YOU CAN PICK THIS FROM ANY WEBSITE OR ACADEMIC TEXT. ALSO U SHOULD ADD ONE HEADING CALLED, "NEED FOR STUDY" AND HERE U SHOULD MENTION WHY DO U FEEL THERE IS RELATION BETWEEN CHANGE AND T&D.

FINDINGS OF STUDY INVOLVES THE DATA GATHERED USING INTERVIEW/QUESTIONNAIRE/OBSERVATION ETC. U MUST COMPUTE THIS DATA EITHER USING FREQUENCY DISTRIBUTIONS OR ANY OTHER STATISTICAL TECHNIQUE. IF U R USING HYPOTHESIS, THEN U MUST TEST THE HYPOTHESIS USING CHI-SQUARE TEST OR THE LIKE. In UK universities, the methodology section needs to be more substantial. I do not know at which university the specification given by you is enough.
