DO U THINK U WILL BE HANDELING THE SAME JOB PROFILE OFFERED TO YOU ? IF THE PAY CAN CHANGE FROM 20 K TO 16 K THEN WHY NOT JOB PROFILE ?

THAT MUST BE A UNPROFESSIONAL FIRM.

Same happened with me i got a dream role and salary too but in one man show there is lots of dirty politics u have to face....i must say it wud be wrong decision for you .....dont go for it.....

Its good not to join this Propritorship Firm, cause, once you join with ctc the way they decided, they can do with others. Its up to us to stop this unfair management practices in this type of firm.

Hi!

Ethics play an important role here....20k and offer letter 16K...in this ratio..today u will be Marketin...tomorrow...Sweeping...ok i am joking..but then analyze...look at the company background..website...financial stability of the organization...check with any other senior people about the companies reputation...

2 things come into play....Salary...Job Profile...very few people get both...so u can choose something now and be happy or wait till the right opportunity comes in.

proprietorships usually come around as concerns with loose policies/infrastructure..not all of them, depends on how big a setup is it!

there will be a trade off u would have to maintain..if the profile is too good to be true, u can take a risk :)

share the name of the company and discuss wid some seniors who r aware of its market reputation

If they have changed your salary...they might later on change your profile as well. Such companies r not trust worthy. My suggestion would be that dont go with this offer
