I did not understand your post. What is it you wanted to communicate?
I have given a judgement with valid reason.
I am surprised to see your comments. My judgement could be wrong. But I think I have given a reason for my suggestion Is it not a judgement???

I would suggest you not to join in the company, who doesn't keep their promise with the package itself, then how confident you are that you would be given your dream role.
Please don't opt for that just wait for some more time for a better offer.

it is very difficult to evaluate a company without having details like what field they are into ? ; what sort of a brand equity they have ? what'z their present buz & growth projections ..etc.
if you find all this good you can still accept the offer as the profile matches your aspirations and you can prove yourself and get better copensation & reward.
I also feel that the HR is not having a say on comensation finalisation.

Hi. Congrats.. from ur views.. I found you liked the job profile very much..
Though whtever had happened with u is not fair at all.
But .... wait for a better offer.. But don't leave this oppurtunity.. as u vil get lot of things to learn and gain rich experiance...
cut ur expenditures and increase ur savings to compensate the reduced salary.Work for min. 8 months to 12 months (one cycle period) to get rich experiance. than make them realise that u r the best.. then find an alternate.
