Want to do a project in training of employees here but they have outhouse training and no specific training programmes running inhouse

I m Chhaya Rightly doing analysis of my project "Training need identification of empoyees"
I have one que. regarding the analysis.
i.e. I Have collected data in three forms as
1. Training demand by employees
2. Training identified by their HOD's
3. Assesment of respondence by their HOD's(using likert Scale)

How Can I suggest the training to employees and for that which data is use from above 3 options. because all data is different

i wud suggest you to identify one of the problem areas in employees. for e.g. absentism & how after the post training session this was improved.
